Neighborhood Health Plan was mostly thought of as a Medicaid plan. With a new focus on the commercial market, they needed to transform their brand. Leading the evaluation of options ranging from incremental to total transformation, we ultimately relaunched the brand with a new position, vision/mission/values, name, brand ID, and advertising campaign. Our ongoing partnership includes key initiatives such as product & service co-creation, all in support of delivering a better member & broker experience, and being true to the Governing Brand Idea “You in every way.”
