To help social media management company Sprinklr more effectively reach Fortune 100 companies facing the new challenges of the digital world, we repositioned Sprinklr as “Enterprise software for an un-enterprised world.” Then, we created messaging with a decidedly “un-enterprise” feel, including the whimsical and cautionary tale of Global Peg Manufacturing – a company that enjoyed great success until they lost their connection to their customers.
